Q: When will I receive my order?
All orders placed by 4PM EST ship within one day. Please allow 5-10 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. For expedited international shipment (2-5 business days) with detailed tracking information, select PRIORITY shipment upon checkout. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information, and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.
Q: Do you ship internationally outside the United States?

After your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and a link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.
Q: How can I change my shipping address?
If you contact us within a day after placing your order, we will do out best to change your address. Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at support@TheCompressions.com with your order number if you believe your package will not arrive to you.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. But reach us at support@TheCompressions.com and we do our best that you have the best shopping experience with us. We arrange product return pick up and process your refund ASAP.
Q: How do I know if my order when through?
Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you have not received an email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly and thus are not receiving our emails. If you have not received an email confirmation AND do not see your order in your account, your order most likely did not go through due to a credit card processing issue — your name, billing address and zip code that you enter upon checkout must match your credit card statement’s information. Please email us at support@TheCompressions.com and we will investigate your order for you.

Q: Why is my credit card payment not going through?
If you are seeing an error upon entering your credit card information, please make sure of the following:
